TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The hire rate applies to two people sharing the same room. Where two people require separate bedrooms an extra charge of $40.00 will apply. The tariff for additional persons is $40.00 per night per person. Please advise at the time of booking of additional persons staying in the Cottage so that rooms can be prepared and made available to your guests. Bedrooms not booked for your stay will be closed during the time of your stay.

3. We supply hot and cold breakfast provisions as well as jams, sauces oils etc. You can cook in the Cottage or walk to nearby Restaurants, pubs or cafes of which there is a good selection. We recommend a booking be made if you wish to dine at any of the nearby Restaurants.

4. Check in is 2pm and check out time is 10am. On departure the property is to be left substantially in the same condition as found on arrival. In the event that the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition your credit card will be charged for the extra time required by our cleaners.

5. We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. Cheques are not acceptable on the day of arrival.

6. Disturbance to our neighbors including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in summary termination of rental. You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause to the Cottage and the cost of rectifying that damage will be charged to your credit card immediately.

7. Pets are not allowed.

8. Loss of the key by the tenant will incur a charge of $100.00 for the replacement of locks and keys.

9. Variation to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owners and only in writing.

10. Any damage, theft or loss of any description suffered by the tenant is the tenant’s responsibility and the owners accept no liability either express or implied for any loss or damage suffered during the term of the hire. Whilst the property is insured the level of cover does not extend to guests personal effects consequently we recommend some form of personal/travel insurance.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
Payment requirements: 50% deposit at the time of booking with credit card, or cheque to be received in the mail within 3 days of the booking to secure your booking. Balance of the amount outstanding to be paid 10 days prior to arrival or earlier.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Refunds of all deposits are made in full if more than 10 days cancellation is given. If notice of cancellation is given in less than 10 days a refund is not issued unless the Cottage is re booked by another guest. A 10% booking fee will be charged.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you give us personal information such as your name and address we record it in our database and use it to contact you. Our computer system is kept secure by using a password protected procedure. We may use your personal information to send you information or to let you know about special offers. We will not provide your personal information to any other individual or organization.
