| Airleigh-Rose Cottage offers a well equipped modern kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, microwave oven, plunger coffee, toaster, glassware, crockery etc. A colour TV in the lounge and master bedroom, DVD, CD player and library of CD and DVD titles, books and board games. |

| Are meals provided? |
| The Cottage is fully self catering. Generous breakfast provisions are provided for a cooked breakfast, or cereal, bakery bread for toast with a selection of jams and spreads, pancakes with lemon or maple syrup…please visit our menu page for details of all your breakfast options. |

| May we smoke? |
| For the comfort of all our guests Airleigh-Rose Cottage is a no smoking house. An undercover area outside is provided where guests may choose to smoke. |

| Do I have to pay a deposit? |
| Yes, we ask that you pay a deposit of 50% of the full tariff to secure your booking. Please refer to our "terms and conditions of hire" for full arrangements relating to the payment of the tariff. |

| When is check in and check out? |
| Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am. |

| Can we have a late check out? |
| A late check may be available subject to cleaning schedules. Please inquire at the time of your booking. |

| May we bring pets? |
| Sorry - for the comfort of all our guests we are unable to accommodate pets. |

| Can additional people stay in the cottage? |
| The tariff for the cottage is calculated on a 'per head' basis. The bedrooms are prepared according to the number of guests using the cottage nominated by you at the time of your booking. Additional guests can be nominated by you with the tariff adjusted accordingly. This is best done at the time of booking. Bedrooms not required will be closed during your stay. |
